Since we have returned to school after  the Christmas break , we have been having regular bursts of exercise throughout the day. As soon as the bell rings  all the pupils stop working, and take part in different functional movement exercises helping their agility, balance and coordination.  Research has shown that such bursts of physical exercise have very positive effects on concentration levels. This is another one of our physical activity improvements as we work towards our first active flag. Most importantly it  is great fun and we all look forward to it.
