Lisnagry do the double in East Football!!

Wednesday 23rd October saw our boys and girls football teams compete in the Cumann na mBunscol East Limerick finals in kilteely G.A.A against Scoil an Spioriad Naoimh Roxboro. This was a fantastic day for all our boys and girls representing the school.

Both teams took an early lead and maintained a high level of performance throughout the game to record impressive wins. History was made for the school with both boys and girls claiming East Limerick Football titles in the same year. Our girls and boys should be extremely proud of their efforts and what they have achieved this year. Both panels of players have been a pleasure to work with. Well done to both teams on their incredible hard work and success so far in the competition. We now look forward to the County Series and seeing what lies ahead for these teams after the Halloween break. Huge credit to their coaches Mr Raftery and Mr Martin who train the girls and boys after school.
