Dear Parents & Guardians,

Tá Fáilte Romhaibh ar ais ar Scoil. Welcome back everyone for another great year at Lisnagry National School. On behalf of the staff of Lisnagry National School, I am delighted to welcome you to the 2023/2024 school year.

Everyone has settled really well back into routine, are working hard and appear very happy at school.

We extend a very special welcome to all our new children, especially our Junior Infants, and indeed all the other pupils who have joined us for the first time this year. We would also like to wish all our former pupils the very best in their new schools.

I am also delighted to welcome our new members of staff:

Ms Ryan (Junior Infants)

Ms McCarthy (2nd Class)

Mr Colleran (4th Class)

Mr Foley (4th Class)

Ms Ryan (SET)

Ms Barrett(SET)

We hope that all our new staff members feel very welcome here in Lisnagry

In our school we recognise that in order to be successful our children need support from both home and school. As we start the 2023/24 school year, we know you will continue to work with us, so your child can grow in confidence, with a love of learning, and a determination to be the best that they can be. We ask that you continue to guide and support your child’s learning and encourage them to share their school experiences with you.

Go éirí an t-ádh libh ar fad! Beir bua is beannacht,

Yours sincerely,
